The Programat CS6 is an all-in-one combination crystallizing, sintering and glazing furnace for chairside CAD/CAM material firing. It crystallizes IPS e.max in 11 minutes and sinters zirconia in as little as 22 minutes, and features the world's first vacuum pump built into a sintering furnace, which speeds up programs, enhances zirconia translucency and glaze appearance, and allows add-on material for corrective firing. The 55mm diameter x 40mm high firing chamber accommodates bridges, and the included zirconia firing/cooling tray speeds and controls cool-down while protecting restorations. The open system lets users enter their own programs, and the unit ships with a power cord, vacuum hose, IPS Speed Tray, tweezers, temperature checking set, starter kit, network cable, short operating instructions, Programat WLAN Kit, A-D shade guide and DSA Holder Kit, backed by a 3-year limited warranty with 1000-hour heating elements.
