The Solventum (formerly 3M) Chairside Zirconia Crown Block is a pre-shaded 4Y zirconia CAD/CAM block designed for the CEREC SpeedFire furnace. It offers a high flexural strength of 1000 MPa (fast fired) and a fast sintering time of approximately 20 minutes, enabling a scan-to-seat-in-one-hour workflow for single-unit crowns and 3-unit bridges. The Bleach shade matches the VITA classical shade guide, and the 20mm block size is suitable for single crowns, with a minimum wall thickness of 0.8 mm for conservative preparations.
