FluroShield is a light-cured pit and fissure sealant containing 50% by weight of inorganic filler with releasable fluoride, designed to seal pits and fissures and act as a fluoride supplement. The standard package includes two 5g tubes of tooth-colored sealant, 40 disposable tips, a brush handle, a 10 mL bottle of tooth conditioner liquid, and a transfer/mix pad. It is intended for use on intact, uncontaminated, phosphoric-acid conditioned enamel and is radiopaque for easy detection.
