The Dentsply Sirona TiBase is an adhesive titanium base designed for use with Nobel Biocare Nobel Active and Nobel Replace conical connection implants (RP platform, 4.3/5.0mm diameter). Each kit includes one titanium base and one M2 abutment screw, allowing the clinician to bond a milled mesostructure for custom abutment fabrication. It enables accurate digital acquisition of implant position via scanbodies, either extraorally on the model or intraorally, and requires abutment design using inLab SW 3.8 or higher or CEREC SW 4.2 or higher.
