Mizzy Impression Compounds are excellent mucocompressive impression materials that are used in obtaining partial and full dental impressions and for creating initial impression trays. For added patient satisfaction, these materials have a pleasant scent and taste. They are available in three colors: red, green, and brown. Red impression compounds are low-heat materials with a working temperature of 115–€"125°F and are best used for providing superb detail. Green impression compounds are low-heat materials that do not crumble or fracture when trimmed and provide optimal contrast while ensuring excellent detail. Brown impression compounds are medium-heat materials with a working temperature of 125–€"135°F that are perfect for snap impressions.
