The #848/018 features an ultra coarse flat end taper shape with a 1.6 mm head diameter and 10.0 mm head length on a standard friction grip (FG) shank, ideal for creating flat margins and convergent sides in crown preparations as well as flat floors and divergent walls for inlay and onlay preparations.
