The Jelco Protectiv Safety IV Catheter is a sterile, single-use peripheral IV catheter featuring a 24 gauge, 3/4-inch radiopaque catheter with a built-in safety mechanism to help reduce needlestick injuries. It is constructed with fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) tubing, is not made with natural rubber latex, and is color-coded yellow for easy size identification. Supplied individually as a straight safety catheter.
