The MicroEtcher IIA is an intra- and extra-oral sandblaster that uses micro-mechanical abrasion to clean and etch surfaces, improving bond strength by up to 400% for luting, cementation, and repair of crown-and-bridge restorations. It features all-stainless steel construction, a replaceable carbide tip, a permanently affixed jar lid with spill-resistant abrasive filter, and a 360° rotatable, interchangeable nozzle with a slim profile for better visibility. The handpiece is fully autoclavable (remove jar and filter) and works effectively at pressures as low as 45 psi. The complete system includes the MicroEtcher IIA handpiece, a 60° rounded 0.048" nozzle, a 9-10 ft air line, an O-ring kit, two abrasive jars, and instructions.
