EXAFLEX® is a vinyl polysiloxane (VPS) impression material that produces crisp, smooth, and precise impressions for models, crowns, bridges, and dentures. This putty base features an extended working time of over 2 minutes 30 seconds with a 'Snap Set' formulation, optimized thixotropic and hydrophilic properties, and a hydrogen-scavenger formulation that allows immediate pouring of gypsum. It is stable in cold sterilization solutions and supplied as a 30 kg bulk pack of yellow base.
