The sharp, specially treated ceramic abrasive grain embedded in thin flexible bristles works faster and lasts longer than rubber wheels, brushes, buffs, and conventional sanders. These discs generate minimal dust and heat, eliminate the need for polishing compound, and are recommended for use at 3,000-18,000 RPM (5,000 RPM for woodworking).
