The Apical Pick Elevator is a surgical instrument used in removing fractured roots during an extraction. It is utilized by first going between the root tip and the socket wall, followed by a lever motion to dislodge the root from its socket. The tool features a straight shaft that allows circular motions to find the least resistant angle for extraction. Autoclavable up to 134°C/273F°.
