Whip Mix Regular Casting Wax is a blue inlay wax compounded for producing the finest inlays, conforming to F.D.I. Specification No. 4. It can be flowed in the liquid state, softened over a flame, or warmed in water at 54-60°C (130-140°F), and adapts easily to the cavity without crumbling while maintaining even workability over a wide temperature range. The Regular type is especially suited for indirect work at room temperature or general use in cool weather, and offers excellent carving properties, shaving smoothly without chipping or flaking.
