It is specifically indicated for patients with cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmias, thyroid dysfunction, or sulfite allergy where epinephrine or levonordefrin is contraindicated. Each box contains 50 terminally sterilized 1.7 mL dental cartridges manufactured to USP specifications, providing 20-30 minutes of pulpal anesthesia for infiltration and 34-45 minutes for inferior alveolar nerve blocks.
