The KaVo SONICflex Prep Ceram Tip No. 51 is a diamond-coated sonic scaler tip designed for the precise preparation and finishing of ceramic inlay and onlay cavity margins. Its mesial tip geometry (D46) directly transfers the tip shape to the tooth structure, allowing accurate, reproducible bevel angles of 60° laterally and 75° cervically while helping protect adjacent teeth. This tip is compatible with SONICflex generators; "A"-suffixed tips are required for the 2008 series, while non-"A" tips such as this one work with the 2003 series.
