Glycopyrrolate Injection is a sterile, non-pyrogenic anticholinergic solution containing 0.2 mg/mL of glycopyrrolate in a 1 mL single-dose vial. It is indicated for use as a preoperative antimuscarinic to reduce salivary, tracheobronchial, and pharyngeal secretions, and to protect against the peripheral muscarinic effects of cholinergic agents such as neostigmine.
